So just a quick summary of the known issues:
– 404 Error, This is a known issue with the Helium App and should be resolved in an update from Helium soon.
The hotspot has been setup but the location requires re-asserting.
– Characteristic 398168aa write fail, Something we’re working on resolving.
For now if you close the app and re-open it and try again that should work.
– Index out of range error, Known issue on our side.
Estimated fix for that is by 1PM BST Tomorrow (27th)
