Re Sales Tax/VAT issue.
Once again, we do charge VAT/Sales Tax.
It’s automatically calculated at checkout based on the region the miner is shipped to.
We do not cover customs (import taxes and fees), so if DHL/UPS contacts you and asks you to pay for custom clearance, please follow their instructions.
However, if you believe when they charge you, they also mistakenly charged you the VAT/Tax portion again, please fill out this form here
