Over 9 months to deliver, endless excuses when they did communicate. Lost thousands of ponds, wish I’d ordered something else from someone else.
Vile company
Vile company. Ordered miner in Aprl. Delivery was promised in July. Irs not December and company have not sent product and are not providing any information about when they will be providing the product. Every month they issue new ridiculous excuses. I can’t wait to sue them.

Timelines were over promised. Ordered in March, received in November. I repeatedly emailed and asked for more information and at one stage asked for our money back. Terrible customer service.

Even small products like antennas have months to deliver. Miners who were ordered and paid in early April are still not there. There is hardly any feedback when and where the ordered goods are located. Never again….

I curse the day I decided to buy Nebra miners. Seriously, I own multiple brands and Nebra is absolutely the worst experience I get. The miner itself is not stable, it has trouble to stay in sync while others are performing well. Nebra dashboard is another story – rarely works properly, while the local “dashboard” is absolutely useless – you can’t even reboot your miner remotely. Recently one of my miners went to 0.00% sync for no reason and it can’t sync. The worst thing is that you can’t do anything about it because nebra gives you NO ADVANCED TOOLING for your miner. No logs, no custom configuration (listen IP/port ? forget it), nothing. You are doomed to contact Nebra support… And yes you guessed it they don’t even respond to you. All in all, avoid at all cost for your own sake
