We noticed that many customers have been reaching out to the Panther X Customer Support on Zendesk, Discord, and Twitter about the taxes that Panther X is collecting during the checkout process. So we think we have to make a public announcement now about why we do that and why we believe that should make the whole Panther X Hotspot purchase process easier for our customers.
Here at Panther X, we help our customers pay the Tax they are obligated to pay. And no customers should pay any extra tax to customs of the country where the Panther X Hotspot is delivered to. However, if the country’s customs will charge our customers again with taxes at customs clearance delivery, Panther X will refund the portion customer has been overcharged for my custom. So don’t hesitate to contact our Customer Support and submit an easy form to confirm that you paid extra taxes. The refund is estimated to be processed uniformly ONCE A WEEK.
