Nebra Updates

We are waiting to hear from Nebra about when we will receive our next allocation of units. Once we have this confirmed we will post shipping updates.

Batch 4 & 5 Blanket Refund Process

We have begun our blanket refund process for Batch 4 and 5 Nebra pre-orders. As we mentioned in our previous email this is a manual process that may take up to a few weeks to complete. There is no further action needed on your part. You will receive your refunded funds back to your original payment method**. Once we have miners available to ship we will reach out to customers based on their order number with the following options:

1) Purchase miners we have ready to ship (you can purchase the same number of miners as in your original order)

2) Continue to wait for a Nebra miner

3) Cancel your place in line

Your original Nebra order number(s) will be used to keep your place in line and as a reference to the number of miners you are able to purchase in your new order. Once your new order is processed you will receive a new order number. This will ease complexity, and help to streamline this process.

**Crypto refunds will be given the option to receive a refund in store credit or eCheck.

SenseCAP Update

Our next allocation of units will fulfill our January Pre Orders. We expect to receive those units the first week of January. We will keep everyone updated as this date approaches.

Of this batch, we will have an allocation of miners set aside for orders included in the blanket refund process. Once we have identified how many units we have available for this, we will contact each individual customer directly.
