For those hosts in Europe who would like to return their CoolSpot, you may submit a return request at email@example.com. A pre-paid shipping label will be emailed back to you with simple instructions on how to return.
Please note, if you have an offline CoolSpot and need assistance getting it back online and earning, you may email our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
*All countries in Europe that Emrit ships to are supported at this time except the United Kingdom.
