We apologise for the delay in providing an update, but we have been eagerly working to address our remaining backlog. We are pleased to report that we have received a shipment of 3000 outdoor and indoor units at our UK warehouse last week. The vast majority of these have already been shipped out to customers. Additionally, we have another 500 units scheduled for delivery next week, with more to follow in the upcoming weeks. With these new arrivals, we will be able to fulfil all pending orders for outdoor units in the 868, 915, and some 470 regions.
From these shipments we will also be shipping 1600 units of indoor hotspots during this time. We will be shipping these in order of batch number on a first come first serve basis as entered in our order system.
In the following months, we will maintain a consistent manufacturing pace and produce indoor units as per our production schedule. We aim to fulfil all outstanding orders and clear the backlog as soon as possible.
